  • PSS SF 820 is designed for fast and quality cutting of whole frozen meat blocks and other food products with the temperature down to -25 °C.
  • The machine is suitable for medium and large food industry facilities thanks to its specially modified tilting table and high performance.
  • PSS SF 820 is a guarantee for gentle product cutting on small, medium and large flakes.
  • The cutting thickness exists in two variants: A 14/17/20 and B 39/42/45.
  • The frozen meat blocks are placed on the tilting table of PSS SF and there can be 2 blocks placed together longitudinally.
  • Subsequently the blocks are moved towards the cutting drum automatically and the thrusters ensure optimal block position for perfect and quality product cutting.
  • PSS SF 820 achieves the high performance also by the cutting drum design, on which nine knives are mounted and are standardly adjustable to three cutting thicknesses.
