  • The cooling system refrigerates the throat of the machine, so that it helps to prevent deteriotation of the appearance and consistency of the meat staying here.

  • Due to the stainless steel ring, worm and head, it is long lasting for many years without losing anything in terms of food safety.
  • Only the meat chamber and the body are easily cleaned with warm soapy water.
  • The piece of meat is minced due to its strong reductor.
  • The cooling system is controlled by a different switch that can be switched off if not required.
  • It is safe when hand protection device and beetle is used. With the ability to run back and forth; if any meat is stuck, the machine can be reverse run maximum for 2 seconds after the motor is completely stopped.
  • Thus, the stuck meat is released.
